The placement and purchase of an order with Irey´s Road constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. Irey´s Road reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.

All images, audio and video clips are the sole property of Irey´s Road or their respective content provider. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Irey´s Road prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
PRICES
All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or catalog do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Upon the placement of your order the total cost will be provided including shipping and handling charges. Prices do not include any additional taxes or duty that may apply on entry to your country.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Irey´s Road shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
WARNING
All parts sold by Irey´s Road, except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are racing parts for off road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. IREY’S ON THE ROAD® shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.
Irey´s Road shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Irey´s Road will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. Irey´s Road shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order which is canceled with Irey´s Road once the order is in processing will be subject to a 30% (Thirty percent) re-stocking fee. Please ensure your order is correct after it has been confirmed and before transferring your payment.
PAYMENT
Irey´s Road accepts all major credit cards, E checks, payable through Pay Pal, more information is provided during the order placement process. Bank transfers are also accepted; A transfer service fee of 4,000 yen will apply. All E checks can only be paid through Pay Pal and are subject to a minimum of 4 to 9 business day waiting period to clear with our bank.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholders bank.
SHIPPING
Our standard delivery terms are 7 - 21 Japanese business days, however a more accurate shipment estimate is provided on the site when your order is placed. This shipment estimate is then maintained during the life of the order should there be any further updates.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All foreign orders are final, no returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyers responsibility to order the correct part. IREY’S ON THE ROAD® does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicles as all parts sold by Irey´s Road are made for the Japanese domestic market.
REJECTION OF GOODS
As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, They shall inspect them. Notice sent via email must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within three (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
CLAIMS
Irey´s Road will exchange and pay all shipping expenses ONLY if the part number received does not match the order placed within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Claims due to the incorrect selection of products will not be accepted.
RETURNS
All items returned are subject to a 30% (Thirty percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days after date of invoice. It is the customers responsibility to contact Irey´s Road within this time period to be eligible for a return.
A return must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels which have been mounted, are not returnable. If Irey´s Road does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.
REFUNDS
A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to Irey´s Road. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by either company check or store credit. Refused shipments sent back to Irey´s Road do not constitute a refund or credit. Irey´s Road reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 30% restocking fee.
WARRANTY
All products sold by Irey´s Road are only subject to the manufacturers warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customers mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect. If a product is deemed faulty, The purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. Irey´s Road will only accept a warranty return if the purchaser supplies a receipt of installment from a licensed automotive engineer. Parts installed by a non licensed automotive engineer will render the warranty claim as void.
